OMSPDB does not allow submissions that contain or link to any of the following:
- Any material that violates any law or gives rise to any legal liability
- Any material promoting any illegal activity
- Any material of an adult nature including lewd, obscene, or pornographic
material
- Any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of
other parties
- Any material that violates or infringes copyright or trademark rights
- Any material promoting hate propaganda or violent activity
- Any material promoting gambling of any kind
- Any fraudulent material or activity

Directory Website Guidelines |
- The website must be hosted with a unique domain name
- The website must be complete with no parts "under construction"
- The website must be available to visitors 24-hours a day, 7-days a week
- The website must not redirect to another domain name
